“You are not alone. What you’ve been going through is not your fault. With time, work, and grace, you can heal.”

You’ve survived. But now… you’re asking, “What comes next?”

You survived through one of the hardest times of your life — treatment, fear, exhaustion, uncertainty.

You showed strength when you didn’t feel strong.

You’ve smiled through the pain, tried to be grateful, and told yourself you should feel lucky.

But inside, something still hurts.

When the doctors say you’re “done,” the world moves on.

Yet you’re still processing what happened — physically, emotionally, spiritually. You’re trying to make sense of the after.

You’re not alone — and you’re not broken.

You’re a Reluctant Warrior learning how to live again.

After Breast Cancer Surgery #5

I get it — because I’ve lived it too.

I’m Dr. Christina Hibbert, a psychologist with 25 years specializing in women’s and maternal mental health — grief, trauma, loss, and healing.

But I’m also a breast cancer and chronic illness warrior.
I’ve walked through TNBC, BRCA1, POTS, EDS, and MCAS.

I know the fear, the uncertainty, the exhaustion, and the invisible pain that follows survival.

As both a clinician and a survivor, I know this truth:
Healing emotionally after survival is its own journey — and you deserve support for that.

That’s why I created the Reluctant Warrior Healing Circles.

What Are The Reluctant Warrior Healing Circles?

The Healing Circles program is now closed.

A therapy‑informed group‑coaching program led by psychologist & survivor , Dr. Christina Hibbert

Find the emotional healing and connection that medical treatment can’t provide.
Join a small, supportive community of women learning how to live again after breast cancer and chronic illness.

These are psychologist-led healing circles where women gather to learn, process, and connect —

blending education, emotional support, and community.

Each month, we meet twice:

1. The Teaching Circle (75 minutes)

A live, structured session where I teach key tools for emotional healing — grounded in psychology, trauma recovery, and women’s mental health & wellness.

Topics include how to cope with and heal trauma, grief, fear of recurrence, identity loss, depression, anxiety, body image issues, low self-worth, relationship struggles, and spiritual crises.

Includes group discussion, live Q&A, & access to replays.

2. The Support Circle (75 minutes)

A heart-centered session, with me as your guide, focused on connection, sharing, and emotional release. We talk, we process, we hold space — for both tears and triumphs.

Between sessions, you’ll have access to our private online community where you can connect, reflect, and receive compassionate check-ins, journal prompts and tools, and guidance from me.

What You’ll
Gain

Why This is Different

There are many “coaching” groups out there — but this isn’t coaching.

This is professional, trauma-informed emotional healing led by a licensed psychologist with both 25 years of clinical expertise and lived experience.

I don’t tell you what to do.
I help you understand what you feel, why you feel it, and how to heal it.

You are the expert on your life.
I’m here to guide you toward wholeness — mentally, emotionally, and spiritually.

A Note From Me

“For years, I’ve helped women navigate loss, grief, trauma, mental health, self-worth, relationships, and personal growth.

But walking through my own breast cancer and chronic illness journey changed how I understand healing.

These Circles are where I bring it all together — my professional expertise, my personal experience, and my heart — to help you find peace, purpose, and yourself again.

You don’t have to face this alone.

Together, we’ll do the emotional work that medicine can’t do.”

- Dr. Christina Hibbert, Psy.D.
